Art Commissions Info

  • Before commission me you need to read my commission T.O.S (Terms Of Service) to get all the information and please read them carefully.

  • It is important for you to read them as you'll be automatically accepting my terms once you agree to purchase my services.

Term of Services

General info

  • You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.

  • I will send you the full resolution picture, but my signature will remain on it, If you happen to need to re-upload the picture somewhere, I would appreciate if you only upload the watermarked one.

  • If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, prices will double up or more. The following cases are considered comercial use:

  1. Reproducing and selling the artwork.

  2. When you receive profit in the medium where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention (like Patreon, You Tube videos, banner of personal site, business cards...)

  • I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.

  • I reserve the rights of cancelling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

  • Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll probably modify them a bit to make them fit my style (it's just a slight change). However, if you want me to stick to them, please specify it on the form.

  • As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (line arts style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.

  • By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any PayPal chargeback.

For Emotes/Panels Usage Policy

  • You can use the emotes on your own platforms (Twitch, Youtube, Discord..)

  • You will get 500x500px emotes + 3 emote Twitch sizes (112px, 55px & 28px)

  • I have rights to upload all artwork on my website/gallery.

  • Commercial use (You can sell them as merch): The price will be double for each emote ( You’ll get 1000x1000px, 300dpi emotes + source file)

General Copyright / Usage Policy

  • As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example:

  1. Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).

  2. Promote myself with it in any place.

  • As a commissioner you may:

  1. Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).

  2. Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.

  3. Use it as decoration for your own profile, Discord, Twitch etc... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.

  • You are NOT ALLOWED to:

  1. Change, modify or use my works without my permission.

  2. Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way // unless it was stated beforehand that is for commercial use)

  3. Take credit for the art.

  4. Remove my watermarks /signatures.

Payment Process

  • I will only accept Paypal in Euro.

  • I require full payment before I start the artwork.

  • Paypal fees are included. What you see is what you have to pay.

  • If payment is not received in 48 hours i will assume you are not interested in the commission anymore and you lose your slot, unless you have inform me with the reason beforehand.

  • Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission. Always wait for my instructions first.

  • For auctions: DO NOT retract yourself or you may be blocked.

  1. On your first problematic transaction you'll receive a simple verbal warning.

  2. The next time you back down from the auction you'll be blocked and loose any future opportunities to buy art from me.

Work Speed

  • ETA is 2 weeks to 1 month since the moment I start working on your illustration. Time may varies according the complexity and amount of work.

  • ***This cannot be applied to Collab Commissions where I have no control over my partner's life and schedule, but again I'll do what's in my hand so you don't have to wait much.

  • I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.

  • You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like.

  • If you need your commission to be done by a certain date (example: the commission is a birthday gift for someone) you must state it in the form.

Changes

  • Once the picture is finished, I can do only small changes such as color adjustments. Not big changes.

  • If your references and details were unclear from the start, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

Refunds

  • I can refund 100% of the payment only if I haven't started working on the sketch. Once I have started to work on your commission will be no refunds.

  • If I'm very busy and i cant complete your commission i will fully return your payment.. but only if i decide is necessary.

  • You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.

  • If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

  1. Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, adopts...).

  2. Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.

Drawing preferences

I can draw

  • Original characters, boys and girls

  • Fan arts, only from anime/game I watch, so please ask me first

  • Anything cute and kawaii ♥

  • Humanoid Anthro (ask beforehand)

  • Mermaids/fairy/elves

  • A little blood

  • A little armor or meccha part is fine

  • Simple cute animals

  • Pokemon

  • Animal Crossing

I can not draw

  • Mecha/Robots

  • Super detailed animals

  • Anthro/Furry

  • Anything not humanoid

  • Extreme gore

  • NSFW/Naked character, etc

  • Too Gore / Bloody

Preferences

  • I'm more comfortable drawing girls, shotas, or basically cute characters and cute animals.

  • I like both soft pastel colors and dark themed colors!

  • I'm not really comfortable doing very detailed characters but i can always try.

I will not accept

  • Explicit pornography

  • Gore or violence

  • Religious themes.

  • Too creepy or horror things

  • I wont draw you as anime character (unless you have ready illustrated ref pictures of yourself)
